Freshest Catch in the City
Nobody gets Floridian fish faster or fresher than
us. Tony Martin, our friend and a seasoned Floridian fisherman
who's fished the Emerald Coast and Gulf of Mexico for over 20 years,
hand selects only the best quality fish and ensures it in our
restaurant within 24 to 36 hours. It's important to us that we
know the exact source of our fish, and that sustainable fishing
practices are strictly followed. Protecting nature's ecosystem
is as important to us as serving you the fresh catch daily.
Even though we are located thousands of miles away from the coasts,
the fish sure doesn't taste like it is, and we have a loyal school
of guests who eagerly enjoy Tony's dedication. We know you'll
love it!

We also serve up the best
mussels we can find, direct from Puget Sound, Washington. The rope
cultured growing methods of the Mediterranean style mussels ensure a
clean, fresh superior flavor. Large Sea Scallops direct from
the East Coast and Jumbo shrimp from Pacific waters highlight the uniquely creative
menu.
Not a seafood lover?
No problem, there are also plenty of beef, chicken, pasta, and
vegetarian entrees as well.

The
varied menu offerings wouldn’t be complete
without a nice selection of wines, both by the
glass and bottle, a tasty variety of specialty martinis and mojitos, a
wide array of unique tap, bottled, import, microbrew, and
domestic beers, and a full bar.
Remember to save room for our
original desserts, like the Big City Chocolate Cake made with a
rich chocolate ganache and dripped with thick hot fudge and
creamy vanilla ice cream. When we say Big, we mean it!
