You may fill out this form on line, or, you may print this form, and fax it back to the Broadstreet Café at or contact us at (507)281-2451, Mon-Fri after 10am, or, Sat - Sun after 5pm.

You do not have a reservation until one is confirmed, by phone!

We have wonderful private party rooms, outstanding food, and excellent service just waiting for you.  In order that we can best accommodate your group, and provide you with the highest quality of food and service, we need detailed information regarding your party.  Please read the following carefully:

We will provide you with:

  • A guarantee of a banquet room that will best accommodate your group, any night;

  • An appetizer selection for you and your guests, prepared to your specifications, and of our customary high quality, and;

  • Service to your highest level of expectations.

What we require to make this possible is:

  1. First, call us at 507-281-2451, to reserve the banquet room.  We cannot do this by fax, or email.  We need to have someone help you with this in person.

  2. When making the reservation, we will need a credit card number to reserve the banquet room.

  3. A “no show” without appropriate cancellation will result in a non-refundable $100 charge to your credit card.

  4. Occasionally, we may need to move your group to a different room than the one arranged.

  5. All groups subject to an 18% gratuity.

  • The Westside Room has a food and beverage minimum charge of $350

  • The Parkside Room has a food and beverage minimum charge of $300

  • Please Note: We will reserve the room that best fits your party's size
